IBC Cube Data Policy

All data entered by Customer users on IBC Cube applications are property of the Customer.

All media (images, video, audio, documents) uploaded by Customer users on IBC Cube applications are property of the Customer.

IBC may remove, archive or delete Customer data that is no longer under active subscription.

Customers can access their data through IBC Cube applications.

IBC Cube applications may collect user activity data on IBC Cube applications for audit purposes.

IBC does not collect any data on user activity outside of IBC Cube applications.

IBC does not sell or otherwise provide customer data to any third party unless requested by Customers for their business needs (i.e. third party visibility and collaboration).

IBC may allow its support executives access to customer data to provide better user support. Customers may opt out of customer data visibility for IBC support on request.

IBC may access data on IBC Cube applications to improve and enhance IBC Cube products and services. Customers may opt out of product improvement data usage on request.


Application and Device Security

All IBC Cube user accounts are password protected. It is the responsibility of users to remember, update and keep their passwords secure.

IBC Cube Applications utilize secure SSL protocol to serve users for all production servers.

IBC Cube Devices utilize secure SSH or SSL protocols for device to cloud connectivity.

IBC may allow third party devices or functions to communicate with IBC Applications.

IBC Cube Applications only accept data from devices with their hardware key (e.g. IMEI) registered on the application. Unauthorized devices are blocked from accessing the application servers.

IBC Cube databases are not accessible publicly to any application, service or protocol, and only accessible to IBC Cube application servers within the private network.


Infrastructure Security

IBC Cube utilizes third-party Cloud Services cloud with their industry leading data center infrastructure security and reliability for production applications. For details on all compliance and security certifications, please view terms and conditions for the respective third-party services​.

IBC may agree to offer applications to be hosted on other cloud services, private clouds, or data centers on special Customer request. In such cases, Customers would be responsible for maintaining the security and availability of data centers, infrastructure, networking, and required servers, and would need to follow licensing and maintenance offerings on a case-by-case basis.


Data Deletion Requests

Users may request their data to be deleted by emailing support@ibccube.com with their request.

Any personal user data will be deleted within 15 days of data delection request.

Any request for deletion of User-Organization owned data will require confirmation email from the Company Account Administrator and/or adherenace to Company contractual policy.
